Perimeter Sound Arts was founded on the premise
of acoustic experimentation and electronic manipulation. Loop
designers Todd Milne and Jeff Rhodes create sounds both eclectic
and original. Milne is a multi-instrumentalist with a taste for
the exotic, merging world styles with electronic processing to
create sounds previously unheard. While Jeff Rhodes
mad-scientist tactics twist sonics through rhythmic programming
and synthetic creation resulting in a style all his own. The
overlapping of these divergent approaches results in an array of
sounds with an original edge PLP believes they have some great
sounds and would not distribute them if they did
not live up to the PLP standards. Use these loops royalty free in
